1. The RAS Express program (the “program”) is sponsored by Amgen Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 31 051 057 428) (“Amgen”) and managed and administered by Partizan Worldwide Pty Ltd (ABN 18 115 985 825) (“Partizan”). Partizan will provide and deliver all communications, including all phone calls, emails and SMS for the program.

  2. Involvement in the program is designed to assist Medical Oncologists during the process of requesting RAS tests, and receiving test results, on behalf of their patients.

  3. The program consists of the following services:

    1. Website - you will be provided access to the website located at “www.rasexpress.com”. The website provides the services that are outlined below. The website also contains ‘Key Contacts’ for your reference. These include contact details for the RAS Express Support Team, Amgen Medical Information, and the Molecular Pathology Laboratories that are part of the program.

    2. Request a RAS Test service - the website allows you to request a new RAS test for an eligible patient by entering the information requested in the online form. The request will be received directly by the nominated Molecular Pathology Laboratory. Partizan is not associated with the services provided by any Laboratory.

    3. Receive test results - you can view a status report of your requested RAS tests on the dashboard of the RAS Express portal. Test results will be reported to you directly via the communication channel used by the nominated Molecular Pathology Laboratory (e.g. via an online system, by fax, by email or by post). If you are not already registered in the nominated Laboratory’s database, they may contact you to set up your communication preferences. Test results will usually be made available within 7 working days, however you will be notified by Partizan if there are any delays.

  4. Enrolment in the program is completed online by yourself. Requesting a RAS test is completed online by yourself or by a nominated delegate. If you choose to nominate a delegate to complete RAS test requests for your patients on your behalf, you are providing your consent for your delegate to request a RAS test and receive notification of test results from your personal login. If you use the RAS Express program to request RAS tests for patients across multiple clinics, your delegate will have access to all patients' requests made on your behalf. To cease this at any time, you must change your password.

  5. Scope of Use - Partizan invites you to view, use and download a single copy of the website for your use. Except as otherwise provided on this page, no part of any content or software on the website may be copied, downloaded or stored in a retrieval system for any other purpose, nor may it be redistributed for any purpose, without the express written permission of Partizan.
