1. The RAS Express program (the “program”) is sponsored by Amgen Pty Ltd (ABN 31 051 057 428) (“Amgen”) and managed and administered by Partizan Worldwide Pty Ltd (ABN 18 115 985 825) (“Partizan”). Partizan will provide and deliver all communications, including all phone calls, emails and SMS for the program.

  2. Involvement in the program is designed to assist Medical Oncologists during the process of requesting RAS tests, and receiving test results, on behalf of their patients.

  3. The program consists of the following services:

    1. Website - you will be provided access to the website located at “www.rasexpress.com.au”. The website provides the services that are outlined below. The website also contains ‘Key Contacts’ for your reference. These include contact details for the RAS Express Support Team, Amgen Medical Information, and the Molecular Pathology Laboratories that are part of the program.

    2. Request a RAS Test service - the website allows you to request a new RAS test for an eligible patient by entering the information requested in the online form. The request will be received directly by the nominated Molecular Pathology Laboratory. Partizan is not associated with the services provided by any Laboratory.

    3. Receive test results - you can view a status report of your requested RAS tests on the dashboard of the RAS Express portal. Test results will be reported to you directly via the communication channel used by the nominated Molecular Pathology Laboratory (e.g. via an online system, by fax, by email or by post). If you are not already registered in the nominated Laboratory’s database, they may contact you to set up your communication preferences. Test results will usually be made available within 7 working days, however you will be notified by Partizan if there are any delays.

  4. Enrolment in the program is completed online by yourself.

  5. Scope of Use - Partizan invites you to view, use and download a single copy of the website for your use. Except as otherwise provided on this page, no part of any content or software on the website may be copied, downloaded or stored in a retrieval system for any other purpose, nor may it be redistributed for any purpose, without the express written permission of Partizan. You understand that Partizan may discontinue, change, or restrict your use of the website for any reason without notice.

    The website may only be used by a healthcare professional registered in Australia by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You warrant that you are currently registered by AHPRA and will ensure that the website is not accessed by any person who is not a currently registered healthcare professional.

  6. You consent to Partizan sending you SMS messages, emails and/or other communications as contemplated by these terms. If you no longer wish to receive communications via either email or SMS (other than those communications that are necessary to administer the program) you can update your preferences at any time by logging into the RAS Express website (www.rasexpress.com.au) and going to the ‘My Details’ section.     Partizan will comply with your request as soon as practicable.

  7. The duration of your enrolment in the program will be dependent upon your interest in using the service. There is no maximum duration of the program, however Amgen reserves the right to cease funding the program and/or terminate the program without notice at any time.

  8. Partizan does not represent the Molecular Pathology Laboratories, acts as a referrer only and holds no direct responsibility for their services. Partizan will not be held liable for any aspect of the RAS test process apart from those aspects required to facilitate communication between the Molecular Pathology Laboratories and physicians requesting tests.

  9. Partizan may at any time revise or modify these Terms of Use or impose new conditions for use of the website. Such changes, revisions or modifications shall be effective immediately upon notice to you, which may be given by any means including, without limitation, posting on the website or by e-mail. Any use of the website by you after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such changes, revisions or modifications. Partizan may modify its services at any time.

  10. The website does not provide medical or professional services advice.

  11. No warranties - all content on the website is provided to you on an “as is” “as available” basis without warranty of any kind either express or implied. Partizan makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the website. you are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. Use of the website and the content available on the website is at your sole risk. partizan makes no representations or warranties that use of the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for taking all necessary precautions to ensure that any content you obtain from the website is free of viruses.

  13. Indemnification - The RAS Express website is provided as a service and should be used according to the terms and conditions provided. Partizan cannot be held responsible for violation of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the website. Users should not rely on this website for any medical decision and should follow up directly with the Molecular Pathology Lab should they have any questions regarding a patient’s results.

  14. The law of the State of New South Wales and Australia shall govern these terms and conditions, without reference to its choice of law rules.

  15. Amgen reserves the right to cease funding the program and/or terminate the program without notice at any time.


Partizan will collect, use, store and/or disclose personal information relating to you in connection with the Program, for purposes of administering your involvement in the Program. Partizan uses your personal information primarily to manage your participation in the Program and for other purposes as notified to you or as set out in this Privacy Statement.

Partizan will also collect information about your use of the website through cookies. Partizan will only be able to link this information to you personally if you have provided Partizan personally identifying information whilst using the website. Partizan may use the data Partizan obtains through the use of cookies to customise your website experience by anticipating the information and services that may be of interest to you, to improve the functioning of the website by monitoring traffic in popular areas and to modify the services and information Partizan provides to meet customer demand; and for Partizan’s business purposes, including operation of the website.

Partizan will not use your personal information for any other purposes unless Partizan has your consent to do so or is required to do so by law. If you do not provide personal information when requested, Partizan will not be able to manage your participation in the Program and, as a result, you may not be able to participate. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Program Privacy Policy which details (amongst other things) how you can access, correct or complain about the handling of your personal information, and how Partizan will respond to your requests or complaints. Before you submit any information and agree to enrol in the Program, you should be aware of and consent to the following:

CONSENT: By providing your personal information (including your name, AHPRA registration number, provider number, contact details, and details of your consulting room or any other personal information in connection with the Program), you consent to Partizan collecting and using your personal information in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions and the Program Privacy Policy in order to enrol you in the Program, administer and manage the Program, improve or enhance the Program, or for any other purposes set out in this Privacy Statement or the RAS Express Terms and Conditions.

We may collect personal information about you to:

  • verify your registration information;
  • ensure that only registered healthcare professionals use the website; and
  • improve the services offered by the website.

We may use your AHPRA registration number to confirm that you are a currently registered healthcare professional. We may use your personal information to send you an email confirming your registration and to respond to your questions.

COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION: Partizan may collect personal information directly from you, and also from third parties involved in the delivery of the Program. Partizan may use your personal information to administer the program, to contact you as necessary to clarify certain aspects of your personal information and/or to review your experience/participation in the Program, and your interest in participating in market research in relation to the Program. Your personal information will be stored in a Program database via which it will be accessible by the RAS Express team and their Nominated Users in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions and the Amgen Privacy Policy. Partizan may also disclose your personal information to other persons involved with the Program in connection with the Program, such as Amgen (in relation to program reporting), or third party service providers, in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions and the Amgen Privacy Policy. Partizan may disclose personal and health information to service providers carrying out functions which are identical or similar to those carried out by Partizan in relation to the Program.

You acknowledge and agree that Partizan may use your personal information to provide you with SMS, email and/or other communications in relation to the Program and the service provided under the Program, including the receipt of test completion alerts and other notifications relating to the Program. You can update your contact preferences at any time to determine whether you receive emails and/or SMS (however opting out of all communications is not possible as this will prevent Partizan from being able to administer the Program) by:

  1. Logging into the RAS Express website directly and updating your contact preferences in ‘My Details section of the website;
  2. Clicking the link in any email communication which will direct you to the contact preferences section on the website;
  3. Calling 1800 688 675; or
  4. Writing to: RAS Express Team at support@rasexpress.com.au and specifying your contact preferences.

Partizan will comply with your request as soon as practicable.

DATA SHARING WITH Amgen: De-identified information relating to your participation in the Program, such as information about your test requests, will be collated into a report for Amgen. Amgen may use this information for internal purposes, including planning and managing resources for the Program, and analysis and research purposes. Amgen may disclose the aggregated, de-identified information to third parties in order to promote awareness of the Program, for the continued running of the Program and to publish the information in reports or medical publications. You will not be identified in any form of report or publication.
